As of November 23rd, 2008, the USPS will extend the NCOA Move/Update requirement to Standard as well as First Class mail and it will increase the minimum frequency to 95 days prior to mailing instead of 185. On May 12th, 2008, we will see another postage rate increase - First Class single piece will go to .42 cents, first class postcards to .27 cents, and all other classifications will see an increase as well.
